Challenges and objective

  • REYL & Cie., a Swiss private bank based in Geneva, is launching an innovative service, Alpian, for which it wanted to attract digital talent from all over Europe.
  • With no brand recognition and a very traditional business model, Reyl & Cie had to position itself as a disruptive player among the best talent of Europe to attract them to the project.
  • Hire 6 leaders for its new team, all with previous digital experience ranging from User Acquisition to Artificial Intelligence including Business Analysts and more.
  • Position the project as the next big disruption in the Private Banking sector.

Solution implemented

Developed an off-line and on-line employer branding strategy across Europe, designed to attract the targeted talent profiles:

  • Run ad-hoc events in 3 European cities ¬†Stockholm, Barcelona, London) where the top management could meet and build relationships with pre-selected and pre-matched talent audiences
  • Run a parallel headhunting effort at European scale via referral recruitment
