Marcela is currently the Associate Director in Career Development Center at IESE Business School responsible for the Financial Services Sector. She holds an MBA from IESE, where she learned how to successfully break into Investment Banking. She worked in the M&A team of a bulge bracket investment bank, working on several transactions across sectors such as Real Estate, TMT, Consumer Goods and Industrials. After two years in London she returned to IESE to mentor students through their job search and prepare them to succeed in different roles related to the sector. She has previous experience in Corporate Finance, Financial Advisory, Business Valuation and Entrepreneurship. She is passionate about tennis and learning new things every day.
Vice-President at Finergreen (Madrid) since 2020, one of the world's leading advisors in the renewable energy sector. Previously worked 4 years for BNP Paribas in the M&A department and 3 years for Citibank. In his 7 years of investment banking, Valerio has covered many different sectors, specializing in infrastructure-energy at Finergreen. In the product area, he mainly specializes in M&A but also has done several transactions in project finance and ECM. Valerio holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the Università di Napoli Federico II and a Master's degree in the English language course Banking & Finance from the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan.
Marco is an Investment Banking Associate in Evercore's Equity Advisory business with over 4 years of experience across Equity Capital Markets and Investment Banking, based in London, advising companies across sectors on both public and private equity capital raises. Prior to joining Evercore, he was an Investment Banking Associate at Goldman Sachs in the Alternative Capital Solutions team focusing on private capital markets and equity-linked convertible bonds across EMEA. Prior to that he was Investment Banking Analyst at Credit Suisse in the Equity Capital Markets team focusing on cash equity transactions in Southern Europe and the Nordics. Marco holds a Master's Double Degree in International Management from Bocconi University in Milan, Italy, and Fudan University in Shanghai, China.
Jorge Gimenez-Arribas is a Spanish professional with around 7 years of experience in Finance. He spent +4 years working in Investment Banking (M&A) at UBS in London and +2 years in Alternative Investments at Kartesia. He is a currently a Partner at Libertum Capital.
