Supports the Legal Department across consumer law, commercial contracting, advertising, data protection, and compliance: drafts and reviews contracts, prepares legal reports, andassists with internal legal training.
Acts as HRBP for the LG Xplorers program; covers internal communications and employee experience, personnel administration, onboarding, training plan management, and HR projects including performance reviews and the equality plan.
Supports the TV/AV Business Unit with consumer and market analysis (GfK, Nielsen), product listingmanagement, creation of marketing materials, and coordination of brand activations and social media campaigns.
Are you a true digital native? Prove it. You'll coordinate and manage content for our digital magazine, LG EXPERIENCE, run digital campaigns with their respective analysis and reporting, and support publications in tech media.
Content writing and translation for media, newsletters, and social networks; editorial calendar management; communication materials; media monitoring; eventcoordination; and PR agency support.
Plans and executes digital and offline marketing for the Air Conditioning B2B division: events, Air Academy training for partners, social media campaigns, and marketing materials.
Same scope as Air Solutions but focused on the Professional Displays (ID) B2B division: events, partner training coordination, social media campaigns, and marketing materials.
Manages product content on e-commerce platforms (Prestashop/Magento), digital catalog, pricing and competitor monitoring, B2C/B2B2C KPI analysis, and sales reporting.
Customer Service tech role: quality and failure-rate reports, incident analysis and resolution, technical guide preparation, factory liaison, and support to the Call Center, web, commercial, and B2B teams.
Conducts competitive analysis, manages technical documentation and product datasheets, and prepares technical-commercial materials and Academy training presentations for the HVAC range.
B2B IT product specialist: prepares product sheets, translates technical specs, supports sales and marketing, coordinates with HQ, and delivers product training and workshops for partners and clients.
Designs and implements process improvements within Customer Service, manages projects end-to-end, analyzes cost control, and maintains operational data bases and reporting.
Two profiles: (1) Logistics Admin & Cost - monitors logistics costs and supportsoptimization analysis; (2) Logistics Projects - implements process improvements and manages cross-functional logistics projects with local and global reporting.
Coordinates air conditioning equipment startups, calculates refrigerant charges for VRV systems, manages service quotes, liaises with field technicians, and reports to clients on service delivery.
Sales back-office support for Key Account Managers: commercial and sales reports, weekly GfK data analysis, model mapping, order portfolio management, Minderest price reporting, and product database maintenance.
Same scope as the Home Entertainment role but for the appliances division; also handles medium-term sales planning (3 months) in coordination with KAMs and the Demand Planner.
Designs the company's reporting strategy, buildsand maintains internal databases (Access, MySQL), generates salesreports across all business units, and resolves data incidents.
Business Intelligence support for the B2B division: monitors the B2B sales pipeline, collects and processes data, builds Tableau dashboards, identifies cross-area synergies, and prospects new accounts.

Take on 12 months of real, hands-on work that goes beyond traditional methods — where your development always comes first. This internship program is your real-world business master's degree: you'll work on live projects, and we'll prepare you for what's out there. Plus, here's what we offer:
Learning
Being an #Xplorer means learning, but in an agile and fun way. We explore new technologies and base your growth on experience and gamification, developing skills like teamwork, leadership, time management, and communication, among others.
Compensation
We know that pay matters when choosing an internship. At LG, during the first half of the program, you'll receive €800/month, rising to €900/month in the second half (except July and August, when it's €750 as meal vouchers are not included).
Flexibility
We offer flexible hours and a hybrid work policy so you can maintain a healthy work-life balance, plus a reduced schedule on Fridays and throughout July and August. You'll also enjoy 20 days off per year, and because your birthday is special, you'll get your birthday afternoon free.
Getting Here
We don't want distance to be a barrier. To get to our office in Las Rozas, you can take our free shuttle bus service from Atocha, Nuevos Ministerios, and Plaza Castilla.
