Nova 12-Month Money-Back Guarantee – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview

Nova is designed to help members create meaningful, career-accelerating connections — whether that’s finding a business partner, receiving mentorship, discovering new opportunities, or building friendships that matter.

Nova offers a 12-month Money-Back Guarantee to eligible members. If, after twelve (12) months of active membership, a member believes that Nova has not generated meaningful professional or personal connections, they may request a full refund of their membership fee, subject to the conditions below.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To make sure we have enough opportunities to deliver on our promise, to qualify for the Money-Back Guarantee, members must:

1. Maintain an active paid membership for twelve (12) consecutive months.
2. Participate in 15 connection sessions - either Gravity or Mentoring sessions through the Nova platform during the 12-month period.
3. Attend a minimum of three (3) official Nova in-person events within the same 12-month period. Conditional to at least 3 events ocurring in your city.

3. Refund Request Process

• Refund requests must be submitted via email to members@novatalent.com following the end of the 12-month membership period.
• Nova will review the request and confirm eligibility based on the criteria outlined above.
• If all conditions are met, Nova will issue a full refund of the membership fee (Annual or Lifetime) paid for the applicable 12-month period.

4. Limitations

• The Money-Back Guarantee applies only to the first 12-month membership period.
• Members who do not meet the above requirements will not be eligible for a refund.
• The guarantee applies solely to membership fees and does not cover additional services or event tickets.
