Michael Mascarenhas

After graduating from Cornell University with a B.S. in Applied Economics in Management, I worked for 4.5 years in New York City with PricewaterhouseCoopers Advisory, the PwC internal M&A team, and Strategy& as a Management Consultant. I then moved to Barcelona, Spain, and pursued a bilingual MBA from IESE Business School, graduating in 2017. After my MBA, I worked at IESE, spending 2000+ hours advising students on consulting recruitment, how to best achieve career goals, and off-campus, network-driven job hunting. I am currently working at Boston Consulting Group as an International Campus Recruiting Lead, still in Barcelona. I focus my effort on university relations, as well as planning and facilitating on-campus recruitment for schools in Spain.

Carlos Amela

With 7 years of corporate experience in different countries and holding an MBA (2016) from IESE, I advise students on self-discovery, networking, and take a structured approach to career planning involving insights and effective frameworks to help them achieve their career goals. In addition to my empathetic approach when helping individuals sell their unique personal brand, I offer structured interview frameworks to help students answer any question. Lastly, having been involved in IESE’s Admissions Committee, I know the world of applications and have helped develop admissions processes and screenings.
