As a student of the BFP, you will receive advice and professional guidance from the top 3% of talent in Spain.

With over 30 mentors who have achieved outstanding career trajectories, they will share their experiences, provide guidance, and help you create a personalized roadmap for your professional career. You'll discover that having a great mentor is key to your success.

Whether you aspire to create your own startup, gain insight into entering the world of Investment Banking, Strategic Consulting, or simply prepare yourself for the job market, the BFP provides you with everything you need to embark on the path towards your desired professional career. The first edition is soon to be over, so don't hesitate to apply for the second edition starting October 14th, 2023.

Your path in the program

After 2 weeks in the program

After engaging in our first set of interactive workshops and gaining profound insights into the influential business and tech roles that propel the success of the top 3% of global talent, you will already possess a clear understanding of the most promising job opportunities in today's market. You will have begun the journey of discovering how to leverage your distinctive strengths, identify suitable career paths, and acquire the indispensable skills necessary to secure your first job.

Halfway through the program

By this point, you will have built a strong network of talented peers who are embarking on a similar career journey. You will also be connected with a dedicated mentor who will provide invaluable support and guidance throughout your development. Additionally, you will have had the opportunity to participate in engaging and interactive experiences, including case/pitch competitions, debates, public speaking workshops, and much more!

After finishing the program

In just 8 weeks in the BFP, you'll immerse yourself in the lives of Spain's top professionals, from product managers to entrepreneurs, consultants, software engineers, lawyers, and more. Through fireside chats, panels, cases, and roundtable discussions, you'll gain firsthand insights. Connect with the best students across Spain through 1:1 networking, mentorship groups, afterwork events, and in-person gatherings. With mentorship and workshops, you'll be interview-ready to confidently excel in your career.

Co-Fundador y CEO de Nova. Anteriormente trabajó como consultor en BCG. Graduado en Management Science & Engineering por Columbia University con una beca Fulbright. Previamente hizo un Doble Grado en Ingeniería Industrial en ICAI y Ecole Centrale Paris. También es licenciado en Applied Economics por Dauphine University.

Jacobo Miralles

Head of Product | Growth & Expansion en Cobee

Jacobo comenzó a trabajar en data y más tarde transicionó hacia el rol de Product Manager. Actualmente trabaja en Cobee resolviendo problemas y necesidades de manera creativa. Anteriormente desarrolló su trayectoria durante más de 5 años en BNext, donde llegó a ser VP of Product; ha participado en numerosas conferencias de relevancia por su experiencia en FinTech.

Anna Llopis

Project Manager en BCG

Anna se unió a BCG en 2016 como asociada en Madrid y se mudó a Miami como consultora después de graduarse de un MBA de MIT Sloan en julio de 2021, donde se enfoca en S&OP en Consumer Goods PA. Anna tiene un master en Ingeniería Civil de la Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya.

Avinash Sukhwani

Co-founder at Payflow

Estudió Ingeniería Química en la Universidad de Cambridge y el Imperial College de Londres. Trabajó durante 3 años en BCG y fue Cofundador de Franksmile con Rocket Internet. A principios del año 2020, junto con Benoît Menardo cofundó Payflow, la empresa líder de salario bajo demanda en UE y Latinoamérica.

Marcela Giron

Associate Director at IESE

Graduada en Económicas, con un MBA por el IESE Business School. Marcela tiene amplia experiencia en Corporate Finance, Finance Consulting, Business Valuation y emprendimiento. Hizo Banca de Inversión durante dos años y actualmente es Associate Director en IESE creando relaciones con empresas del sector financiero y orientando a estudiantes en su salida profesional hacia este sector.

Ganadora de la Nova 111 List en la vertical de Servicios Legales. Marta tiene una prestigiosa carrera en el mundo del derecho y servicios legales con experiencia en prestigiosos despachos como Garrigues y Uría Menéndez.

Victor Sevilla

Head of Marketing en GoStudent

Victor Sevilla Lage es Head of Marketing en GoStudent, la empresa de Educación Tecnológica (Ed-Tech) con mayor valoración en Europa. Anteriormente fue Country Manager de Tinder para el Sur de Europa. También ocupó diferentes puestos de responsabilidad en Uber y P&G. Además, compagina su trabajo en GoStudent con la docencia. Es profesor de Grado y Master en Comillas-ICADE. También es Advisor de Marketing en The Lab Ventures, un Venture Builder español.

Williams Aguilera

Chief Technology Officer

Ingeniero informático, con un máster en Ingeniería de Software por la UPM de Madrid. Desde el 2006 se ha ido desarrollando como full-stack developer, pasando por diversas áreas como back, mobile, front, e IoT. Apasionado del "clean code" y arquitecturas escalables. Actualmente es el CTO de Nova, liderando el equipo de desarrollo y construyendo el ADN tecnológico de la empresa.

Lluis Dionis

Consultor senior en Accenture

Trabaja como consultor senior en Accenture en la división de Industria Farmacéutica. Ha trabajado en diversos sectores como el financiero, software, aeroespacial e industria farmacéutica con cargos como analista, servicio al cliente, representante de ventas, desarrollador de negocios y consultor. Es licenciado en Economía Internacional por la Universidad de Navarra.

Mariano Torrente

Sales Director @ Mastercard

Mariano Torrente es Ingeniero Industrial (Univ. Nebrija) y MBA (IESE). Comenzó su carrera profesional en el área de consultoría estratégica (Accenture y Kearney) para finalmente acabar en la industria tecnológica - y más concretamente en el área de ventas. Actualmente trabaja con Director de relación con grandes clientes en Mastercard España, gestionando cuentas de gran relevancia en el mercado. Por otro lado, Mariano - gran apasionado del arte de la magia - imparte conferencias en empresas donde habla sobre qué se puede aprender de los grandes magos para tener más éxito en la empresa.

How can I get an scholarship?

The "Bright Future Program" by Nebula costs 560€. However, at Nova, our goal is to promote meritocracy and accelerate the careers of the best individuals, regardless of their background and economic situation. Therefore, Nova offers a 30% scholarship for all selected students, and we also provide 25 scholarships ranging from 50% to 100% of the total cost for candidates facing financial difficulties or the following situations:

  • Minimum income
  • First-generation college students
  • Underrepresented ethnicities in Europe, such as Asian, Indian, Black, or Afro-American.
  • Personal disability or disability of an immediate family member
  • Special large families
