Frequently asked questions
Is it really a one-time payment?
Yes. Access membership is a one-time payment, no renewals, forever. There is no yearly fee and nothing else will be charged later. You will later have the option to upgrade to an annual or lifetime subscription, but you can stay in the Access membership for as long as you want. We will never revoke you from the community.
What is included in my membership?
Your Access membership includes:

And during your first 3 months, you also get Gravity, our AI-powered introduction system, and mentoring with 1,000+ experienced professionals.
I’ve been accepted. Am I already a member?
Not yet. Being accepted means you passed our selection. You become a member when you activate your membership, and from that moment everything above is yours.
How long do Gravity and mentoring last?
In the Access membership, you will enjoy Gravity and mentoring for 3 months, starting on the day you activate your membership. The sooner you activate, the sooner you can start using them.
What happens after my first 3 months?
Your certificate, the directory and Nova events stay with you, permanently. Gravity and mentoring end. If you want to keep them, you can upgrade anytime to an Annual or Lifetime membership, and what you paid for your membership counts towards the upgrade.
Is my membership the same as the Lifetime membership?
No. Your membership is permanent and gives you the certificate, the directory and events. Lifetime is a full membership that also includes Gravity, mentoring and all premium features, with no time limit.
How long do I have to activate my membership?
30 days from your acceptance. After that, we may ask you to reassess your motivation to join.
Is there a trial period?
No. Nova is designed to create value over time: meaningful relationships, trust and opportunities don’t happen in a few days. That’s why your first 3 months include Gravity and mentoring on top of your permanent membership, so you can experience the full value of the community from the start.
Is the membership valid globally?
Yes. Your membership is not limited to your country of residence, and if you ever relocate, Nova moves with you.
We are in 30+ cities, with our strongest events presence in Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Rome, London, Stockholm, Paris, Berlin, Munich, Zurich, Geneva, Dublin, Copenhagen and Amsterdam. If you live somewhere else, in-person events may happen less often, but members can also create and host their own events, so you can be the one who gets things started in your city.
