The key of Nova is precisely the quality of our members, who have to go through a rigorous selection process before being accepted to the network.  Our main business line is B2B, with clients such as McKinsey, BCG, P&G, Novartis, Fever, Bigblue or Casavo, who we help attract and hire top talent faster and more efficiently than existing solutions.

After just closing our Series A, we look to expand internationally to new markets, with France as our first step. We are looking for a charismatic, results-oriented and entrepreneurial Country Manager 🚀 who can bring our French branch from 0 to 1 and then to 100, taking ownership of the sales, operations and team growth.

As Country Manager, you will:

  • Take the leadership of the country budget, P&L and team recruitment. We expect to start with a team of 2 and then grow to +10 in about 1 year.
  • Develop the team and the entire organization until the next level with a strong focus on execution and orientation to results.
  • Roll-up your sleeves and own the sales process E2E,  from the prospecting until the closing and beyond.
  • Belong to the cohort of European country managers who are scaling Nova in other markets.

As the ideal candidate, you have:

  • 3-5 years of experience in top-tier management consulting firm or high growth tech company /  startup
  • Skills and abilities to become a Nova member (if you are not one already).
  • Strong leadership - you are able to inspire, motivate and develop top talent so they can become the best version of themselves while contributing to the success of the company.
  • Capability to be a great listener - you are able to listen to both clients and members and execute upon the insights and needs identified.
  • Passion for people - you are someone who enjoys being surrounded by people as you will be building the trusted community for the most talented people of the country.
  • Strong communication skills - you must be able to effectively communicate Nova’s message to our clients and members. You are a natural networker that can engage people in an effective dialogue.
  • Strong will and drive - as you scale our sales processes you should not be afraid of prospecting for new clients yourself until the moment you will hire a sales team.
  • Attention to detail and great planning skills - it is vital that you are able to understand nuances and that you don’t miss out on details so clients have the best possible experience.
  • Analytical skills - you are data-driven and passionate for measuring, automating and improving processes.
  • Bias for action - you don’t stand still waiting for others, you take action and make things happen around you.
  • The interest to foster a positive culture- we like having fun and enjoy working with each other. You must be willing to come with that same energy and positive attitude every day, and transmit that to the community.
  • Fluency in English, native Italian.
  • Previous experience with digital tools such as Notion, Slack and Zapier (highly valued).
