At Nova it is our members who make the community grow through their nominations.

We especially trust in the criteria of our community, so as another Nova has nominated you to be part of it, you have priority and can immediately access the application process, avoiding the usual waitlist.
The application process
Becoming a Nova member is a selective process designed to identify top talent efficiently. The process consists of up to three steps, but depending on your experience, some steps may be optional. It takes approximately 10 to 25 minutes to complete.

Steps in the Application Process:

Personal Information & LinkedIn Profile – Share your background and professional experience.

•

References (optional for nominated candidates) – Provide names of outstanding colleagues who can vouch for you.

•

Critical Thinking Test – Assess your problem-solving and analytical skills.

•

Video Interview – Showcase your motivations and career aspirations.

Once completed, our Talent Team will carefully review your application. You will receive a decision within 5 to 15 days.
